Please present your booking confirmation and valid passport/ID upon check-in to redeem discounts.
Minimum 3 days prior to arrival reservation is required for promotion discount to apply and maximum of 3 rooms per booking at the time of reservation made.
One complimentary birthday cake, room decoration and one birthday treat booklet will be presented to the celebrant regardless of the number of rooms booked.

Discounts perks are valid during stay period and are not valid in conjunction with existing promotions. Unused discounts are non-exchangeable nor refundable. Spa discount is valid for all types of spa treatment on the menu, eligible for birthday celebrant &can be transferred as long as voucher is presented and depends on the slot availability.
