- Room rates above include one night’s room stay with breakfast at The Coffee Shop (for Nirwana Resort Hotel)/The Deli Café (for Mayang Sari Beach Resort), a two-way shuttle bus transfer from BBT ferry terminal to Resort, and BBT ferry terminal.
- Bintan (Indonesia) is 1 hour behind Singapore.
- All reservations are subject to room and ferry availability.
- All rates quoted above are inclusive of a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax, presently at 11%.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE
The full charge on ferry arrangements will be debited to the guest’s credit card. Once booking is confirmed, full payment is required. Please note the following charges in the event of any cancellation:
14 days before departure : One night room charge
3 days from date of departure/No Show/shorten stay: Full charge for all bookings made
